Working in conjunction with Tandridge District Council, SBC redeveloped this former garage into 9 new homes for the local community. The works were tendered and completed under a JCT Design and Build contract.

 

Upon award of contract SBC cleared and implemented the pre-start planning conditions which included large areas of tree protection and asbestos removal. The former garages were then demolished allowing for the construction of the new homes to commence. Residential liaison, clear community communication and well thought out logistic plans were key to successfully completing this build in the dense residential area in which it is located
